Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Assessments and Gap-Analyses
OTBE Inc’s president, Mr Ronnie A. Morris, is leading the effort to secure the nation’s Defense Industrial Base. He was in the group of the first 25 people in the universe to be certified as a CMMC Provisional Assessor. And, the company, OTBE Inc, is being processed to be one of the first companies to receive CMMC Level 3 Certified Third Party Assessor Organization (C3PAO) status.
We are positioned to lead, or participate as a team member in, CMMC assessments during the DoD’s provisional period.
We have the training and expertise necessary to prepare any company, small or large, for CMMC. We are able to conduct a gap analysis and help prepare the documents required to evidence the applicable CMMC practices and processes.
NIST SP 800-171 Security Requirements
Until the CMMC is fully implemented, prime and subcontractors doing business with the DoD, and possessing controlled unclassified information, are still required to show they have satisfied all the NIST SP 800-171 security requirements.
We can provide consultation services on implementing an information technology architecture that satisfies the requirements.
We can also assist with developing all required documents to evidence the satisfaction of the those requirements.
Assessor Tool Development
We have developed tools (applications) specifically for Cybersecurity Assessors. The tools allow for accurate, efficient, and consistent assessments.
Record the finding status of each security control or requirement, enter assessor comments at granular levels. And, generate reports and metrics automatically. Tools are available for NIST 800-171 assessors, CMMC assessors, and RMF assessors.
